UKIYO OMAKASE TASTING RESTAURANT
Ukiyo Omakase Tasting Restaurant is located in the basement of the Bao Brewhouse, and was until recently a prep room and tap room for the upstairs restaurant. Now it is a stunning and exclusive 12-seater tasting bar. Major engineering aspects of the job included ensuring that the existing mechanical systems were sufficient in meeting the new fresh air ventilation requirements, and properly sizing a new electric water heater to meet Denver Health Department requirements based on the newly added plumbing fixtures.
