Reno James provided MEP design for the Greenwood Village location of the gourmet toast franchise. Approximately 1,950 SF, the location required repurposing of the existing HVAC equipment, addition of a gas water heater for the increased hot water demand, and modification of the existing electrical service to accommodate the new electrical load diversity.
