THE HUB AT 40 WEST ARTS
Reno James Engineering designed the MEP systems for the renovation of this approx. 11,000 SF building located in the Casa Bonita shopping center in Lakewood, CO. The building houses local creative businesses including galleries and art supply stores, and is also home to 40 West Studios, 16 art studio workspaces for local artists. Additionally, the building anchors the 40 West Arts District, a series of galleries and outdoor art installations along West Colfax Avenue.
