SPRAGUE OFFICES
The Sprague Tenant Finish provided private offices, an open office space, conference rooms, a 45-person training room, and over 2,000 SF of Warehouse space. The mechanical system was designed for zone control with superior comfort conditioning and efficiency. The electrical system upgrade included solar panels to make the building more energy independent.
