PROSPECT VILLAGE BUILDING 2
Reno James Engineering designed the MEP systems for this 80,000 SF, 4 Story Mixed-Use Building. The building will include 57 apartment units, a community roof deck with amenities, and 3 retail spaces totaling approximately 8,000 SF. Construction plans were approved by Longmont in 2025, and the developer is preparing to break ground.
