In partnership with Frontline Construction, Reno James Engineering designed the MEP systems for chef Marco Herrera’s newest creation: Noche Woodfired Grill and Agave Bar in Tulsa, Oklahoma. On the New York Time’s list of 2024 Best Restaurants, the space is known for its amazing vibes, delicious drinks, and fabulous flavors. Being first floor retail in a new office tower in downtown Tulsa, the commercial kitchen required a large pollution control unit (PCU) and features several different cooklines and Type 1 hood systems. The restaurant is conditioned by an advanced variable refrigerant flow HVAC system manufactured by LG, and is approximately 40 tons in size.
