LAKE TRAIL TOWNHOMES
Reno James Engineering was able to join the design team last minute to provide plumbing design for this townhome project, in order to meet the standards required by the jurisdiction. 1.5 miles southwest of downtown Winter Park, the project consists of 16 townhomes over 3 buildings. The units are 3 stories and are a mixture of 2 to 3 bed / 2 to 3 bath. Reno James Engineering designed the site plumbing, water booster pumps, and natural gas distribution for the entire site.
