Reno James Engineering provided MEP design services for KOR Medical’s 50,000-SF Controlled Environment Agriculture facility. The state-of-the-art facility houses grow rooms, extraction, manufacturing, processing and administrative offices. The facility was designed around sixteen 4-tier flower rooms, a 6-tier veg room, five dry/cure rooms, and a 4,000-sf processing laboratory. The space boasts three 3,000 amp 480V electrical services to power the 4,000+ grow lights and associated cooling/dehumidification equipment to support 40,000+ plants at maximum capacity.
