KATHMANDU APARTMENTS
This project consisted of redevelopment of the beloved Kathmandu Restaurant in the mountains of Nederland, Colorado. The mixed use property now features a second floor and five new apartments atop a fully renovated new kitchen and dining area for the restaurant itself.
