HESTRA GLOVES
Hestra Gloves have been producing high-end fashion, sport, and work gloves since 1938. Looking to be closer to the i-70 corridor, they moved North American Headquarters to Arvada, CO in 2020. The new building consists of approx. 5,000 SF of Office space, and approx. 25,000 SF of Warehouse space. Reno James Engineering designed the MEP systems for the project, and Civil and building design was completed by Creative Civil Solution in Longmont, Colorado.
