ELEVEN 8 APARTMENTS
Reno James Engineering provided the MEP design for the renovation of approximately 100 studio, 1-bedroom, and 2-bedroom apartments at the property. The two existing buildings were in complete disrepair with regards to the mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems and required a full re-pipe as well as new electrical distribution throughout. The project is adjacent to the Anshutz/Fitzsimmons hospital complex and will provide much needed housing for the workers who serve the area. The project is approximately 32,050 SF.
