AIRPLANE HANGAR
In 2022, Reno James Engineering designed the MEP systems for the Core & Shell of this approx. 20,000 SF airplane hanger and office facility. Located adjacent to the control tower of Centennial Airport, the hangar was designed to accommodate aircraft such as Gulstream-G800s. In 2024 RJE also provided MEP design for the Tenant Finish of the space, for West Star Aviation, an avionics repairs and maintenance company. The build-out included private offices, break room, and reception area.
