BIG TROUT BREWING
This project was a 3,561 sf brewpub build-out at the Cooper Creek Square Transit Center in Winter Park, Colorado. Special venting and electrical considerations were needed for their in-house hopper and brew system. The High Efficiency Brewing System (HEBS) is the first of its size in Colorado, and reduces water waste and increases extraction rate, thereby reducing waste and environmental impact.
