SELIMOVICH TRANSPORT
Reno James designed the MEP systems for the new Selimovich Transport Inc headquarters in Commerce City, CO. Approximately 14,000 SF, the building contains a two story front office component and multiple bays in the back warehouse for fuel tanker truck servicing and cleaning. The facility required a 3000 gallon sand & oil interceptor and a new 400 amp service from Xcel Energy. The new electrical service also powers the parking lot lighting for the large adjacent tanker truck parking lot.
