THE GRAND VIEW APARTMENTS
This historic, 2-story, 11-unit apartment building in Berthoud, CO was built in 1898. The building underwent its most recent renovation in 2023, and Reno James Engineering designed the Electrical plan to provide separate meters to each unit, and add a house meter. In 2024, RJE also provided full MEP As-Built drawings for the building, as required by the jurisdiction for permitting.
