MEAD TOWN CENTER
Located in the growing satellite community of Mead, Colorado, the Mead Town Center project is the largest of its kind in the area. This mixed use project consists of ground level retail with office space and apartments on the 2nd and 3rd floors. After delays during construction, core and shell was completed in early 2025. Crosslands Construction started and completed the project as general contractor. Reno James Engineering performed all MEP engineering for the core and shell, and has done and continues to work on tenant improvement projects in the building.
