PINFISH ENTERTAINMENT CENTER
Reno James Engineering provided MEP engineering for this 6,500 SF family entertainment concept (FEC) located in the heart of the Florida Keys. The project required a change of the space occupancy type, designing a new arcade area with a fully functioning kitchen. Our engineers utilized the existing HVAC equipment and electrical gear, and organized all utility requirements for the gaming and cooking equipment. The space now boasts duckpin bowling, axe throwing, arcade games, and a multi-tap craft beer selection.
