TED’S EXPRESS CAR WASH
Reno James designed the MEP systems for this new car wash, located adjacent to the Candela’s Parkway King Soopers-anchored retail area at Indiana & 90th in Arvada. It is currently the longest tunnel car wash in the state of Colorado. The car wash building is approximately 5,000 SF, and includes a reception area, restroom, and break room/office for employees.
